Building on the unique expertise of each Collective member, we bring together tailored teams of trusted, vetted consultants with varied lived experiences to deliver on the specific project and goals of each client. This model enables us to optimize cost effectiveness and efficiency, and to ensure the right skill set is on the right project at the right time.

We have a small, core staff who have lived and traveled extensively throughout Africa and SE Asia. We constantly network to find talent amongst the many people who are from and live in the countries that are at the center of our clients’ work.

Collective members possess a range of expertise in understanding local country contexts and have skill sets spanning research, language, facilitation, graphic design, and beyond.
